What Velix is
Velix is an interface to a set of smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain. The contracts run autonomously. This site is a convenience for reading their state and constructing transactions that you sign and broadcast from your own wallet.
Using the interface is not required to use the contracts, and the contracts do not stop existing if this site does.
No advice, no offer
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or financial instrument. Any figure shown is a description of past or present chain state, never a prediction and never a promise of return.
The software is unaudited
The Velix contracts have not been audited. They may contain errors that cause the partial or total loss of deposited assets. The deposit cap ships at zero for exactly this reason. Provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind.
What is trusted, precisely
Redemption is permissionless: no owner action can prevent a holder from exiting. But the owner selects the strategy and moves vault capital into it, so Velix is not trustless and we do not describe it as non-custodial without that qualifier. It also depends on third-party contracts — the tokenized stock, USDG (an upgradeable proxy its issuer can change) and Uniswap v3 pools — none of which we control.
Your responsibilities
- You control your wallet and your keys. We cannot recover them, reverse a transaction, or retrieve assets sent to a wrong address.
- You are responsible for determining whether using this protocol is lawful where you live, and for your own tax position.
- You accept the risks set out in the risk disclosure, including that you may lose everything you deposit.
Availability
The interface may change, break or disappear without notice. Chain data may be stale, incomplete or unavailable when the RPC fails. Where a value cannot be read, the interface shows a dash rather than a guess — treat a dash as unknown, not as zero.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the contributors to Velix are not liable for any loss arising from use of the interface or the contracts, including losses from smart contract failure, loss-versus-rebalancing, price movement, third-party protocol failure, or your own mistakes.
